On my win xp professional the handy function send-to in the right button context menu hangs - it sometimes takes up to 6 seconds before the submenu pops up...
The solution to solve this annoying error would be very much appreciated :-)

Hi again
Like in Winzip reduce the number of entries to the context menu as well as displaying winzip icons in the context menu by chaming the settings in winzip => options => configuration => explorer enhancment => right side of the dialog box. In fact I only need zip to and unzip to, the other features as zip and mail are for my needs useless
Further
another good solution in regedit:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT
*
shellex
contextMenuHandlers
here you may find entries that you don't need: click on the entrioes (yellow folders) and delete them. here i removed the norton anti virus "check file with norton anti virus"
be ware that any changes here will not be easy to undo!

Check you're "Send To" folder to see if there are any shortcuts in there which are bad or don't work, delete them and re-create them.
You will find the "Send To" folder in Documents and settings in each users profile
