Vshwin32.exe is the Real Time scanner for McAfee. It is suggested that you do not disable it.
But, I have found that McAfee's RT Scanner is a huge system hog. One reason I do not recommend it to my clients for home use. Personally, I find Symantec Norton AV to be the better choice.
Perhaps another Expert can provide you with another possible solution.

Try doing this
Open mcafee console or virus scan console
click on Scan all disks ( i mean enable it)
Right-click on it and go to properties
go to advanced and you should see CPU utilization. If it is 100% reduce it to the amount you want
