need shareware/freeware to list running processes

I'm looking for a program that will list running processes AND where on the hard drive the actual file resides.  I know about the built in task manager for XP.  I can see where things are running from but I don't want to spend the time doing a find on each one to see if it is needed or not.

I imagine there are multiple ones out there - any favorites?

You can create a nice logfile from all running processes and a lot of other things which might be interesting for troubleshooting.

The free Process View program might be of use to you, too:

http://www.xmlsp.com/pview/prcview.htm
PrcView is a process viewer utility that displays detailed information about processes running under Windows. For each process it displays memory, threads and module usage. For each DLL it shows full path and version information. PrcView comes with a command line version that allows you to write scripts to check if a process is running, kill it, etc.

HijackThis is a tool geared toward looking for spyware.  I was wanting to see a quick file list without too much reading.  Eagle6990 made an excellent suggestion but about 22 minutes too late!  ;)
