Can I make the clock in the system tray display seconds?

Thanks for all the answers, but I am not interested to install a program to do the work but if there is a way from inside Windows (like the registry)?

I don't think there is a way to do this in windows (the option was removed around the time of Windows 95)  check out http://weblogs.asp.net/oldnewthing/archive/2003/10/10/55256.aspx

lol if you want to see the secs hand  and dont really need the clock for anything else why not just double click onit that brings up the clock face with secs hand.
