My REMAN Gateway PROFILE 4 with Windows XP Home Edition (Ver 2002 Svc Pk 1) is forced to shutdown everytime the PC goes online. The error message in a square window that pops up when shutting down reads either one of the following tow messages:
(1) Windows must now restart because the RPC service terminated unexpectedly. Shutdown is initiated by NT AUHTORITY/System.
(2) The system process 'c:\windows\system32\lsass
Then it restarts the PC in 60 seconds.
I found that this error always occur, EVEN AFTER I REFORMATTED THE HARD DISK and REINSTALLED WINDOWS XP!
I like to know the cause(s) and the solution(s) to the problem. I cannot do anything online with my PC, and sometimes I cannot even shutdown the PC mannually - NT AUTHORITY seems to take control of it. Thank you for your help in advance.
