how to check ram

hi
i have win XP pro 128MB ram but how i can check weathe my ram is SDR or DDR.it is not written on my ram chip & in system properties it shows ram=128 MB doesn't specify ddr/sdr.on bios screen also it shows 128MB doesn't specify DDR/SDR

The AIDA32 should work fine for you.
Another option is to check what motherboard you have and by the model you can check it up on the web site and see whether this board accepts SDR or DDR...
