They are already unchecked. It's a fatal error type of thing. The program does not continue.

Browse All TopicsI've just re-installed Norton Internet Security on a system that had it's definitions become messed up. After uninstalling I manually deleted everything related to Symantec.
Anyway, NIS 2004 is now reinstalled, but when the setup script shows up upon boot to config all the settings, I get the error:

An error has occured in the script on this page

I also get the same basic error, only with:

Error: 'MainFrame.m_aWizardPanels

URL: (Same as above)
I don't know if it's an IE thing that is messed up, or what.

open IE
go to tools --> internet options --> advanced and
a) check "disable script debugging"
b) uncheck "Disable a notification about every script error"
