Shehary's method is the easy way.. But on my network for my users, I actually use the My Docs redirection method (Group Policy) or use the Options menu within Word:
On the drop down menus, go to > Tools > Options > File Locations > Then highlite the location you wish to change and click Modify to point it to the location where you wish to store your Docs..
