there's also an option in start>control panel>security center> change how security center alerts me, and uncheck virus

How To Stop Pop-Up Baloon
Having installed Service Pack II I'm now getting an obnoxious pop-up messages saying "Your computer might be at risk" because of no anti-virus program (even though i've installed one)
How can I make the baloon go away for ever?
