I have it disabled and all the options say its disabled and I have even checked the "i have a firewall solution that ill monitor it myself" But still it's in full operation and is showing a little green light. How can I stop it from doing its thing? Can I delete it? I have looked for a service related to it but have came up blank.

I hope you know that disabling the service entirely will also stop any ICS(Internet connection sharing) you have. The best way for only the firewall would probably be the one by Worked4me. Otherwise,(you don't have ICS), you can also disable the driver from the registry from where both of these load.

Set the start type to 0x04.
If you have the connection icon in your system tray you can just right click it, go to change firewall settings, then click the disable option from that window and apply.
Else you can right click on my network places, go to properties, then right click on your lan/internet connection and go to properties. In there is a tab for advanced and a button for firewall settings.

go to start -->run and type services.msc
scroll down to the windows firewall, and right click, stop it, and set it to disable
or go to start -->programs -->accessories -->sytem tools -->security center and shut it off from there
