Hello specy22 =)

Right click on Ie icon on destop, click Properties> goto Advanced tab and under Browsing untick Enable Third Party Browser Extensions(requires restart)
Restart and now check if same problem, if NO then it was becoz of a corrupted or bad BHO, try using BHODemon to
disable the BHOs and trace out the culprit one, BHODemon >> http://www.softpedia.com/public/cat/10/17/10-17-71.shtml

I actually have an update for this.

I ran into this exact problem and found no solution.  Did everything that everyone suggested but I actually took advice from a friend and downloaded XoftSpy (http://www.paretologic.com/) and it was able to fix my problem.  There were a few .dll's laying around that no other program was picking up on but the free version will only detect not remove.

After spending about 2 minutes deleting a few files with DOS and deleting a few reg entries everything was set smooth.

I certainly do not hope you are still having this problem, but if you are I hope this helps!
