Stevenlewis is on the right track here, but I'm going to throw my link in the mix as well.
This program is called Emergency Boot CD.
You will need a computer that an unpack a .rar file. A PC with WinRar installed can do this. You will also need a CD burner and software that can burn a .iso image.
It looks a bit complicated, but really all you need to do is run the makecd.bat file ( think that's what it's called, it's been a while since I built one). They make it so you have to "compile" the cd because you can actually tweak it and add things into it if you want to.
The only thing you really care about is the NT Password utility.
You will boot to the CD, choose the Password utility option and then basically all you have to do is keep pressing enter to accept defaults until it asks you what you want the password to be reset to.
Press the * key for this. It will blank out the password. This utility isn't very successful at actually /changing/ a password, but it's great at blanking them out.
It's a lot less work than it seems like. Prepping the CD is the most time consuming part. After that the whole process takes about a minute or two. Just be sure to save the hive files when it asks you to. Then remove the CD and boot up. You should be able to just press Enter past any password prompts.
You can choose to reset any local user's password on this account as well as unlock locked up accounts. The default user will be "Administrator", but you may change this if you have other uses to reset.
