Repair Win XP

Hello I have a problem with Win Xp when the Loading screen appears. When it finishes loading, it automaticly reboots and always happens the same. Is there any way to reinstall windows without losing the information in the disc?

I tried with the cd, but when i put to install in the disc, it says that the partition is not compatible with XP, that I should delete it and create other one, but I can´t do that because I will lose the info.
