Thank you Gentalmen...Errr...Ladies & Gentalmen??? What ever LOL!
Spware doctor(Trial version) I downloaded from www.spychecker.com worked like a charm. I am in your dept--Oh wait I paid for this service-- It has found 225 adwares/spywares etc. and everything working faily nice so far. Now... My new question is how is it that I have Lavasosts' AdAware AND MfAfee internet security 6.0 (Which has the privacy program) installed and running, yet, I had 225 bad stuff lurking in my system???? How do we know who we can thrust to give our hard earned dollar out there who has programs that does what they say it does..??
Thanx again and I am sure I will be hearing from you again as I ask my other simple for you and excessively complecated for me questions in the future.( I will be updating my CPU,Memory and Hard drive)

Well adaware does not entirely protect against adaware/spyware only removes it when you get....but there is no one program that gets all spyware. I recommend using a combination of adaware/spybot/spysweeper.
