Thanks simpswr, it didn´t recognize the missing files as shown in MS Installer. so i deinstalled this tool. any other idea?

Browse All TopicsAs i have problems with HTML printing in outlook and outlook express, i tried to deinstall office updates. BBut in the software install/deinstall desk, the updates of office are shown and when you click to denstall iit says update has been removed.
When i try to install, office update says files are allready installed. so how can i tell win xp to accept a reinstall of all office updates.

delete everything in the following folders
C:\temp
C:\windows\temp
C:\Documents and settings\users file(username)\local settings\temp
C:\Documents and settings\users file(username)\local settings\temp\temp internet files
do the above for all users file names.
the temp file may be holding a record of your windows updates so you can reinstall the updates untill the trace is gone from temp files.
