bootable XP cd

I downloaded a copy of the XP installation files from my companies fileshare. How do I use those files to make a bootable CD? I basically need to get an OS on the CD that is capable of running the XP setup.

Hope this helps
if use use nero to make a boot cd-rom, nero will ask your to insert a boot disk. so you need a boot disk before hand.

I have a bootable CD that I created with nero 6. When I attempt to run winnt.exe from the i386 directory I get the following message:

Not ready error reading device MSCD001
hemm may be your device (CD-ROM) is not working correctly.
Try to copy whole cd to hard disk and try it

You could use the 6 floppy disks instead.

See: http://www.bootdisk.com/bootdisk.htm

I think they have the CD version also.
no hm2k they do not provide cd versions.
and by the way who have the time to create 6 floppy disks.
