Something happened with printer drivers yesterday and I had to reinstall them. Now today I've tried to run a repair on it and I am at a loss. The Network connection is fine getting out to the NETWORK but it won't go to the Internet. It displays the page saying to check network connections, etc.
Please help me as soon as possible.

I knew it was something I wasn't looking at. I had flushed the dns and ran the registerdns and then rebooted but it wiped out the dns servers from her configuration. Her IP address is one of the 3 static IPs.
THank you so much for telling me to look for that because I went and manually put them back in.

Hi sherilewis,
Go to Start, Run, Type cmd, Press ok.
Then enter ipconfig /all.
Try to ping the DNS Servers and the Default Gateway entrries listed and let us know what happens.
Also, by "run a repair on it", do you mean a repair installation?
John.
