WinFixer adware -- can't find problem using HijackThis

The Winfixer adware appeared on my computer last night and now I can't get rid of it. I have searched past posts on this problem but so far I haven't found any solutions that help. . I only get the popup window when I start Firefox (i.e. it's not there when I startup). For what it's worth, the winfixer program window is in spanish and directs me to http://es.winfixer.com.

The analysis of my HijackThis log is at http://hijackthis.de/logfiles/029b31cab3460077e4ade0742cf459a0.html. The only problems suggested by the analysis involve a program installed by Dell that I can live with (dellmyway).

I have done a search and can't find any runwin.dll files. I have also installed and run Ewido, but that has not helped (program freezes up everytime I run a scan of C, but a scan of registry/memory/windows does not turn up any problems.

I have read http://www.spyware-removal-guideline.com/winfixer-removal and the steps for manual removal, but I do not have all of the files that are discussed (for example, I do not have a "c:/program files/winfixer" directory.
