Restrict access to certain file types (eg: .XLS, .WAV) by Group Policy

Hi,

Can anyone advise me as to whether I can prevent users opening/running certain file types by group policy, from Win2k3 SP1 DC, XP SP2 workstations.

All help gratefully appreciated!
