start -> run -> compmgmt.msc -> disk management -> right click on a partition -> change drive letter and paths...

I am trying to install my banking software,
problem my banking software needs the disk C: to install
the program, not possible to install it on another drive letter.
But my root is I en second partition is J:
I have no drive C:
Is there possibillity to change this I back into C:
