How to get back Icon

Guys I installed support for multilanguage on win XP. I had this little icon EN for english beside a clock that I could use to switch languages. I accidently turned it off and I don't know how to get it back. How do I get it back?

well the easiest way is to reboot if it is set to automatic start up it will pop right back up.

control panel, regeonal language Options>Languages> Details >advanced> Look to down to>System configuration, if there is a tick in the  Turn off advanced text services, simply untick it. Apply reboot if asked.
