XP reinstall, new user created, can't access previous applications

Asked by cpuetz in Windows XP Operating System

Tags: access, xp, documents, user

I did a xp reinstall.  A new user was created - ex. user.MYNAME-JMCGZL4ZW.  Now I can't access programs that are installed.  My docs are all under the 'my documents' folder for the old 'user' account.   The old 'user' is not available when looking at user accounts.  Is there anyway to get this new user to have all the old user accessiblities?Start Free Trial
