depending on what the pop up message is... if it was already set to update, and has downloaded the updates..then run the installation.
If it is popping up and the user has NOT defined the properties of windows update..then they have to do so.
if you want to disable Windows Update...then CONTROL PANEL - SECURITY CENTER, AUTOMATIC UPDATES..and adjust accordingly.
