1. I got a small error window when tried to remove ZoneAlarm and every time when I close my Windows XP:
The exception privaleged instruction:
(oxcooooo96) occurred in the application at location 0x77e8f3b6
Click on OK to teminate the proram
Click on CANCEL to debug the program
2. I think because of that, my WindowsXP refused to let me restore to a point.
3. Quite often, I cannot open Google and some sites but some site was easily be opened. I got to open these easy site first then I can open Google immediately.
Can you tell me what happend and what I can do?

Here's a couple of things I would try. o.com/
First run a full virus/malware scan just to make sure:

Then reinstall zonealarm. reboot normally. Then restart the system in safemode.
Then uninstall zonealarm.
