Remove the need to enter a password to get into xp sp1

I have one pair of drives that I need to enter my password to get into xp.

The other pair which has xpsp2 does not require it.

It asks me about once a month to renew the password and I just type in the same password. I have full administrative rights since this is a home PC. I just do not want to run into a situation where it will not let me in because I forgot to renew the password. Most of my work is done on the other pair of HDS.
