.Net Passport Wizard Error

I am running WinXp Pro sp2 on my dell laptop. I usually setup the .Net Passport Wizard (in control panel>user accounts) for my hotmail account but in this system, whenever i try to do that, the wizard exits (simply disappears) after the first step!!!

I had WinXp Home earlier (original OS with system) but upgraded to PRO sp2 immediately after 3-4 days. I don't remember if I had setup .Net Passport in XP Home.

Any idea why this is happening??Start Free Trial
