Slow to display contents of My Computer

Windows XP Pro on network with 3 mapped drives. Has only just happened but whenever I click on My Computer it takes ages to display the contents; DNS problem? seems to be hanging looking up, if i login locally to the machine the problem disappears so definitely network related.  

Recent changes: new sonic firewalls installed and appears to have happened ever since that. Only effecting one user on dell laptop D610.

Have checked posts and found some useful tips but nothing has fixed. eg. checking network neighbourhood and deleting all the links there. Mapping and unmapping of drives. ARP -d ipconfig /flushdns etcStart Free Trial
