XP Random Reboots - No BSOD or Event Log Messages

Toshiba Satellite notebook M45-S331.  Totally random reboots. System sometimes works for 10 minutes, most times just for a few minutes before rebooting (like I pressed the reset switch).  No BSOD, no events in the event log.  Here is what I have tried so far - nothing has helped:
1) Updated to latest BIOS (also tried an earlier BIOS)
2) Removed battery/CD and ran from AC Power
3) FDisk'ed hard drive, reformatted, reinstalled XP (3 times during the install the System spontaneously rebooted until I finally was able to complete the instalaltion).  Also tried reinstalling from 2nd XP installation CD with the same results.
4) Ran 3 different commercial memory testers & stressed for 4 hours - all was fine
5) Ran 2 different commercial hard drive surface scan testers and no bad sectors were found
6) Disabled XP's paging file as a test
7) Tried to run XP updates, but system reboots so much I can't complete the updating process even picking 1 at a time.
8) Turned of XPs auto-reboot so that I could attempt to trap BSOD error - no effect, system reboots like you pressed the reset switch.
9) Went to Toshiba's website and downloaded/installed all the latest drivers for the Modem, Video Card, DMI, etc.

Note:  I can run in Windows XP Safe Mode with networking support all day with no random rebooting.  During normal mode operations, sometimes reboot happens when I launch the internet, sometimes Explorer, sometimes sitting looking at the desktop, sometimes after I'm working in excel tabbing through fields, sometimes...you get the point.

Any other ideas to deduce this problem are appreciated!  Thank you  - Brian

The Toshiba hardware test tool is about as simple as they come.  Not nearly as complete as all the other commercial hardware testers I've tried.  I did try this tool just now...all passed (except sound since I was in safe mode).  Also, the system works perfectly in "Safe" mode...so unless XP normal mode uses additional hardware that Safe mode does not...  Perhaps additonal CPU features in normal mode are being used?  Or perhaps extra features in the Video?

In safe mode, you only have access to only basic files and drivers (mouse, monitor, keyboard, mass storage, base video, default system services, and no network connections). Apparently one or more of these may be contributing to the problem. If bmsjeff's recommendation doesn't work, try downloading HijackThis, running it, and posting a log here.
