Browse All TopicsI just re-installed XP Pro and it's not recognizing my Linksys WMP11 v2.7 wireless adapter, no matter what I do. I've tried plugging it in and waiting for it to autodetect (as per the instructions for XP), but no luck. I've tried installing the driver and then plugging it in, but that doesn't work either.
I think it's physically connected properly because the green light is on. Besides, it's exactly how it was before I re-installed.
I've tried alternating slots, too.
Have tried telling Windows to detect hardware changes several times, but nothing ever happens.

Did you check in Device Manager see if it has yellow mark or error? If it is there even with error, remove it from there.
