Set XP background image to "None" using Group Policy?

I was wondering if there is a way using Group Policy on an Active Directory domain to set the Windows XP "Background Image"  to "None".

I don't want to use the Active Desktop policies to do this, because I don't want to run Active Desktop.

I just want users to login and have a the standard blue background without the default "Bliss" background image showing up.

I can't seem to find any ways to actually do this.  Can anyone help?

Look about 2/3 the way down this page. I do not know a lot about GPO's but this appears
to be a way to do it through ADMINISTRATIVE TEMPLATES? (.adm files and registry edits?)

The title of this subsection is: True Policies vs. Preferences

Mshine: I only see mention of using the Active Desktop Wallpaper policy setting in the article.  I don't want to use Active Desktop.

Didn't see anything else of use in the article.

Thanks for your response.
Are you looking to stop the users from being able to assign ANY images to
the desktop wallpaper? In otherwords disable the ability to display images
as their desktop backround?
If that is the case, then set their wallpaper to what you want, and then disable
the ability to change the background image:

I actually want to set the wallpaper to (None) via Group Policy.   I am aware of the policies to prevent users from changing it.

I don't want to have manually change the Background to (None) on every machine.

Try installing PolicyMaker. It installs a registry addon to GP Management and allows you to change/create/update/delete registry keys. Modify the desktop value and set to replace. Apply the GPO to the OU and when users log in the registry key is processed.
