How to Re-Install a Windows Update

I need to reinstall an update from Windows Update - that I originally installed a year or so ago - from the Windows Update web site - specifically:

"Windows XP ATI Technologies, Inc - Video - ATI MOBILITY RADEON 9600 02-24-2006 Windows Update"

This update is for the ATI Radeon 9600 Mobility driver for my Gateway M675 laptop. At the time, it *actually did fix * an issue I was having with dual monitors, wherein the 2nd LDC display was not correctly displaying in it's native resolution of 1680 x 1050. This update fixed that problem.

Unfortunately, that problem seems to be back as of a day or so ago - wherein I just happen to install the latest XP updates. Coincidence? Maybe - maybe not.

How can I reinstall the particular Windows update I listed above?
