Paid IMAP/POP3 Mail Providers

I am looking for recommendations to replace the typical "ISP Provided" FREE email service.
The most important of the criteria is reliability and the dropped messages (sending and recieving) is driving me to distraction (currently Bellsouth/AT&T - but I have tried several others through the years).

I've done the basic Google Search, but am interesting in hearing only from those who are currently using a solution that they recommend.

My intention is to pay someone else to handle all the headaches, and not stand up my own Exchange Server.

Thank you.

Great suggestions everyone.
I went with everyone.net (price and US based), but had a customer who opted for dslextreme.

Thank you for taking the time to help.
