How to set up a backup system rotating 2 of 3 hard drives on raid 1

I need confirmation on how to set up a backup system rotating 2 of 3 hard drives on raid 1.

This is what I had in mind.
1. 3 identical dynamic hard drives using raid 1.
2. 1 boot drive and 2 others that are rotated on a daily basis.

Does this sound ok?
Will I be able to boot off the 2nd or 3rd hard drive if there is hard drive failure?Start Free Trial
