Copying / Moving a Windows XP Profile

Hello,

I have a Windows XP Home SP2 PC on which I would like to move a users profile (she is logging in a user who does not exist anymore) to a newly created profile under her name on the same PC.

Question:  What is the absolute best and easiet way to do this?

Note:  I know if XP Pro and XP Media Center Ed. that you can just rename the user account... this does not seem to work in Home Ed.  I will be accessing data on a server with an identical user account and password (using pass-through authentication).
