when i booting from xp cd and the it say press any key to boot from cd
i press any key then the installing screen appares
then after 20 - 30 seconds the computer restart without installing widows
so i can't install windows xp because the computer restart every time i boot from cd

try to set the priority of boot in BIOS.
while computer start up (before boot) push "del" (or can be "esc" or "F10", depend on the computer).
then set in menu boot --> first priority your CD drive.
then save & quit. Try again restart.
I have experienced like this that finally I could boot but I found out that the hard disk was corrupted.
After booting, you can check your harddisk with chkdsk. Or, just try to browse the directory C:
This could also be down to bad memory:
Create a bootable CD here: http://www.memtest.org/ , and boot your computer with it, and run a full 2-3 passes of your memory - for best troubleshooting - try testing one physical stick of ram at a time.

Another thing - possibly data that was left on the drive from a previous installation is causing Setup to bomb out. Try running a full pass with DBAN:

This will remove any traces of data from the hard disk - and it also tells you at the end of the scan if it has detected bad sectors.
