How do I remove the annoying yellow information bubbles

How do I remove the annoying yellow information bubbles  in the bottom of the screen which tell you things like "new wireless network detected" or "document printed"

Is there a key to do it for all users?

There are two ways to do this:

In the registry, go to start>run>regedit, then navigate to:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced]
EnableBalloonTips=0 A DWORD value of 0 turns off the yellow popup balloon tips.

In Group Policy (start>run>gpedit.msc), then navigate to:
User Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Start Menu & Taskbar
Double-click "Remove Balloon Tips on Start Menu Items" and choose Enabled.
OK and close GPEDIT.
Restart system and balloon tips should be gone
