I was downloading a scite text editor from sourceforge. at the middle of the download line broken. and download canceled. after that i went to delete the file. but it displays error message "cannot delete scite-1.68-setup-1.exe It is being used by other program."

its been a long time the file is that place. but never i can delete it :(
does anyone know what is the problem? and how to resolve?Start Free Trial
