windows xp hanging working on office files on server

i have a user that when she works on office files on teh server her computer hangs when she goe sto close them. She will work on the save them everything is fine but when she closes teh program it will hang her computer? i have done all office windws updates I did a online trend micro scan I have the latest endpoint symantec i have done adaware and spybot what can I do here?Start Free Trial
