I want to install Windows Desktop Search. It offers 2 types for XP:

For Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 (32-bit)

For Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 (64-bit)

Which one should i use for my Laptop?

Also - any downsides to using this? What are the benefits?
