How do I update my Realtek device driver?

I am having an issue with my Realtek High Defintion Audio.  

The Audio Device is on-board an Elite Group Motherboard, model G33T-M2.  

Here is my problem.  No Sound. I plug in headphones into the back (not USB).

Here is the status of the devices:
Device Manger:
"Sound, Video, Game Controllers":

  "!Audio Codecs" This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed. (Code 24)

 "!Legacy Audio Drivers"  This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed. (Code 24)

"!!Legacy Audio Drivers" This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed. (Code 24)

"Legacy Video Capture Devices" This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed. (Code 24)

"!Media Control Devices" This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed. (Code 24)

"!Realtek High Defintion Audio"  Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39) -  Does not allow me to "update driver" I click button and nothing happens.

"!Video Codecs" This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed. (Code 24)

I have the Realtek driver but that is doing me no good.  I am looking for the other drivers now. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
