recovered data from old HDD... installed office 02, pst file not working in outlook

I had to replace a hard drive in a customers laptop.  She had her office02 CD (says only one she had ever used) .  When I try to open, or import the .pst file I get the error that  the .pst is not compatible with this version of the Personal Folders information service.  Help please~~~  Start Free Trial
