I'm in the process of documenting all files we have received in a folder from a remote location so I can begin a project. I've started listing the file structure of the folder in Excel to document each folder and it's contents. It's a huge file and I need to know where everything is before I start to modify the Access database to contain our locations information. Is there a way I can see the hierarchy of files and folders in the primary folder, including file extensions and....file size so I don't have to manually open all files and document their contents and location in Excel.
Hope you have an easy answer. This will take some time to do. If I can find a shortcut that will do the same thing I'm doing manually, it'd be great!
