bsob buffer overrun

I keep getting this blue screen 3-4 times per day, I can make it crash by running the Trend micro scan on the C:

I have ran memtest on both modules of ram,  ran spybot fully, everytime I run the checkdisk I get errors but that seems normal after the crash.  I have also tried running bittdefender's online scan in safe mode and it crashed as well.

The trendmicro scan program name is pccnt, it is referenced in the minidump, I think it is only listed because it was running at the time.  On a sidenote, I cannot seem to uninstall or install spyware doctor as it was loaded on the computer about 5 days ago.
