Exchange not processing external mail

Hello, on a machine running windows 2003 SBS SP2, and exchange with GFI, there is a problem with processing external mail for only one user. When somebody inside the company sent an email to that person it is been processed Ok, but not the external emails. When I open the GFI monitor it says that the test email is received and processed ok, but nothing comes to the user inbox.Start Free Trial
