Weird Windows Issue.

I have a issue with my dell D820.  I run a lot of windows and IE7 tabs.  My system gets to a point around 40 windows and tabs, (its hard to pin point a number) where no dialog boxes will open, cant browse a new tab, no drop down menus will work and task Manager can not open.   If I close one window everything works again. There are no errors that are reported in the event log. I do get the rare popup window (usally only when installing) that there is no free memory left. The CPU is low, the Physical memory has 500mb left.  (Have 2gb on my laptop).
 

The Hijackthis.log is run on the point of the system just before the magic window number is hit.
