Netsh command help

I'm trying to get detailed network information from a client before installing a network sniffer.

I'm trying to use the command netsh interface ip show ipstats / udpstats / icmpstats

I get this error

The Routing and Remote Access Service is not currently running on the local mach

When I try and start the Routing and Remote accesss it just says cannot start.

Any ideas to get this working on my machine?Start Free Trial
