Hello,
We have had two users now who have lost both their Internet and Outlook (Exchange Server) connections while maintaining access to their network drives. For one user we un-installed their network card and then let the OS re-detect it. That worked and restored their connections for one day, however, the next day they lost their connection again. For the other user we tried the same un-install of their network card without success.
All the IP settings were correct, but it seems that their connections aren't established properly. Can anyone shed some light on this issue?
