Errors With Icons & Right-Click

This morning I woke to find a good portion of the icons on my machine have reverted back to the "default" icon (i.e. a white box).  The programs works fine when launched, but the icon issue remains.

I also noticed that while attempting to right-click on a file, I get the following error:
Error in system call to
CShellExt::QueryContextMenu()[LoadBitmap()]
The operation completed successfully

This error was generated by a program I've had for quite a while called AxCrypt.  I uninstalled the program and no longer get the right-click error.  Judging by the error message, though, it appears to be the same issue as whatever is causing my icon troubles.
