Can't create a CD.

Asked by zorvek in Windows XP Operating System, Miscellaneous Hardware, Hard Drives & Storage

Plextor DVDR PX-716A. Windows XP SP3. I put a blank CD in and the Writable CD Folder opens. Drag some files in and click "Write these files to CD". Click Next, wait a few minutes, and the message "Cannot Complete the CD Writing Wizard" is displayed. I have tried about 10 CDs so far.
