Hardware profile text file?

Windows XP Pro - SP2
I'm curious if the hardware profiles (as found by right clicking "My Computer" > Properties > "Hardware" tab > "Hardware Profiles" button) is reflected somewhere as a text file, or perchance in the registry that I might edit there?

My problem is that I have the worst luck when using the GUI and the settings want to keep changing on me.Start Free Trial
